Case Report of the Toothpick Method for Tooth Brushing

Abstract
In order to maintain the health requires constant management. In particular, in order to maintain oral health oral etiology of dental caries and periodontal disease, two major on-going management is required. Periodontal health can be achieved only by plaque management. Ongoing management of plaque that brushing is the most effective way. Depending on the purpose of brushing divided into the same number of ways according to methods of tooth brushing, even itsol plaque index difference. In particular, the overall rotation method is simple and easy to learn and tooth plaque is excellent in managing the effects of periodontal disease, but the preferred method is not used. Toothpick method and the Bass method of perio-dontal disease has been known as an effective toothpick method of interproximal plaque clean teeth, massage gums and gin-gival crevicular epithelial keratinocytes are known to help promote. Toothpick method such as 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks were performed sustainable management of plaque progression as a result of the change in status of the periodontal tissues to be maintained a certain level. Continue oral care professionals in the prevention and recurrence of pe-riodontal disease may be helpful in the continued feeding of oral care and dental clinics toothpick method utilizing the pro-gram considered to be good.
